Based on draft plans, contract documents and instructions from HVAC installers, our draughtsmen draw up implementation plans in 3D or 2D. We do this with the 3D modelling software Revit® and the 2D drawing package Autocad® from Autodesk, respectively, and, if desired, even in the design tool liNear®, which is often used by HVAC design engineers.

Our draughtsmen produce clear implementation plans based on the design plans and contract documents provided to us. We use modelling software Revit® and drawing package Autocad® from Autodesk to elaborate the entire implementation in 3D or 2D. Depending on the wishes of our client, detailed plans are also produced, combined with single-wire diagrams and quantity lists. In the run-up to the completion of the works, we assist the electrical installations contractor with drawing up as-built plans.
We make implementation plans for structural contractors on the basis of the architectural draft plans and contract documents.
Our draughtsmen use the 3D modelling software Revit® and Tekla® or the 2D application Autocad® from Autodesk. The program Navisworks® is used to test the stability model we have created with the 3D models of the architect or engineering techniques and stability. This 'clash detection’ allows us to detect any problems that might have occurred at the construction site before the works are started, such as forgotten access openings.
Thanks to the use of Tekla® and our own software MacoStab®, we can generate correct bending and measurement lists from our 3D and 2D models, so that the contractor knows exactly which quantities are included in the implementation.Read more
